Full Moon Healing Circle Checklist
Prepare for a Powerful Evening Under the Moonlight
There’s something truly magical about gathering in community beneath the glowing full moon. Whether it’s your first time joining our Full Moon Healing Circle on Killiney Beach or you’re a returning soul, it’s always helpful to arrive prepared—body, mind, and spirit.
Here’s your go-to checklist to make the most of this sacred experience:
What to Bring
✅ Yoga Mat or Blanket
To sit or lie down comfortably during our light yoga flow, breathwork, and meditations.
✅ Towel & Swimwear (Optional)
If you feel called to join our post-ceremony sea dip—there’s no better way to cleanse and energize under the moonlight!
✅ Layers & Warm Clothing
Even on warm days, the breeze can pick up once the sun sets. Bring a jumper, cardigan, or wrap to stay cozy.
✅ Pen & Journal / Notepad
We’ll be doing reflective practices to tune in to what we’re ready to release. Writing things down helps anchor your intentions.
✅ Reusable Water Bottle/Flask for Hot Drink
Stay hydrated before and after your journey.
