My healing journey began in 2016 after a life-altering experience that led me to seek deeper connection, clarity, and purpose. What started as personal healing soon expanded into a mission to help others transform their lives through energy, embodiment, and inner wisdom.

I originally launched my work under the name Spiritual Wellness Christine, where I guided hundreds of clients and students through Reiki, intuitive healing, and soul coaching. Over time, as my own path deepened and evolved, so too did my work - and from that evolution, Embodied Energy Wellness was born.

Through years of hands-on experience, spiritual training, and channelled insight, I created The Embodied Energy Method - a powerful fusion of intuitive energy healing, elemental wisdom, and soul-based coaching. This method helps others release emotional blocks, align with their truth, and rise into their highest potential.

I’ve shared my work on inspiring platforms, where I’ve spoken openly about spiritual growth, feminine awakening, and the healing power of energy work.
